Account Creation and Profile Management

To create an account, visit the INOP website and click on the ‘Sign Up’ button. Follow the prompts to enter your details and complete the form. Once registered, you will be contacted by our sales team.

Yes, both companies and recruiters can create, edit, and manage their profiles. Companies can showcase their brand, values, and job postings, while recruiters can manage their professional profiles and interact with candidates

You can sign in with the credentials you have received from INOP. Sign-in can occur directly through the secure login portal on the INOP platform or via the INOP website under the ‘Company’ section. If you have any issues with your credentials, please contact our support team at support@inop.ai.

Job Posting and Management

INOP provides a comprehensive job post management system where you can access all job posts from your company stored in our database. You can search, reuse, edit, save, and publish these job posts as needed. Additionally, you can search for job posts from competitors and peers, allowing you to reuse and adapt these posts for your own use. This feature ensures that you have a wide range of job post templates and content to choose from, making your recruitment process more efficient and effective. To access this feature, go to the job posts section in your profile and utilize the search and management tools provided.

After logging in, navigate to the ‘Job Post’ section. Here, you can create, edit, and post job listings. Fill in any required details such as job title, description, skills, values, and compensation. Once published, your job post will be visible to potential candidates.

Yes, you can edit or delete job posts at any time. Simply go to your list of created job posts, select the one you want to modify, and make the necessary changes.

INOP prepopulates job post fields to streamline the job creation process. Users have the ability to edit and save these prepopulated fields to tailor them to their specific needs. Once edited, the job posts can be saved and added to your personal archive for future reference and reuse. This functionality ensures that you can efficiently manage and customize job postings to match your recruitment requirements.

Recruiters using INOP have the flexibility to select existing skills from a predefined list when creating or editing job postings. If a required skill is not present in the list, recruiters can easily add new skills. This ensures that job postings accurately reflect the specific requirements of the position, enhancing the matching process with potential candidates. To manage skills, go to the job post creation or editing section and use the skill management tools provided.

INOP offers an ‘Easy Apply’ feature that allows applicants to apply directly within the INOP platform and communicate with recruiters seamlessly. Additionally, clients can share an application link on other platforms such as job boards, ATS, and more.

Candidate Screening and Matching

INOP uses a powerful AI matching model to screen applicants. Recruiters can upload profiles and resumes they already have, and the AI will assess them for suitability based on the job requirements. Candidates who apply through INOP are also screened by the AI to determine if they are a good fit. INOP utilizes advanced deep learning techniques, including Natural Language Processing and BERT, to deliver personalized suggestions to users.

INOP’s recommendation systems perform multi-layered analysis across vast datasets, extracting, interpreting, contextualizing, and comparing both structured and unstructured data to tailor precise matches based on individual preferences.

INOP’s technology extends beyond standard job and recruitment recommendations by building taxonomies for Skills, Values, Traits, and Interests, enhancing its ability to provide tailored matches and differentiate itself in the market.

INOP has built its own skills taxonomy by leveraging a wide range of sources, including professional profiles from networks, resumes, and job boards; job postings from job boards, job aggregators, and company websites; publicly available sources for skills, and established skills libraries like O*NET and ESCO. This comprehensive approach ensures a robust and up-to-date skills taxonomy.

Communication Tools

Yes, INOP provides templates for communicating with candidates at various stages of the recruitment process. These templates can be customized, saved, and reused, facilitating seamless and efficient communication.

Yes, we will send you notifications when there new activities across the various recruitment stages e.g. new matched candidates, new applicants, reminders of To Do etc.

You can adjust all notifications through the settings function at the bottom left of the screen. Tap on Settings and then Notifications to make any changes.

Admin Panel and Workflow Efficiency

The Admin Panel offers oversight of posted jobs, their stages, posting dates, saved jobs, recruiter details, and account management.

INOP offers its own ATS and can also integrate with other ATS vendors. This ensures a seamless workflow and enhances the efficiency of your recruitment processes.

INOP uses a card system to track application status stages. You can amend the stages and click on each card for further details. This allows for a streamlined and detailed overview of each candidate’s progress in the recruitment process.

Analytics and Insights

INOP provides detailed analytics on compensation trends, jobs, career insights, people, companies, and competitor hiring activities. These insights help companies make data-driven decisions and stay competitive in the job market.

As a new user of INOP, you have the option to use various social login platforms, as well as to import your data through LinkedIn. In case you have edited your profile, and want to ingest your LinkedIn account, click on the left tab on your profile, go to the experience tab, and ingest your data through LinkedIn after you have give your consent to permit INOP for obtaining your Linkedin data. Automatically your existing profile data in INOP will be overwritten with your LinkedIn profile data.

INOP has harvested some profiles from publicly available sources. To comply with data privacy standards, the names, images, and other identifiable data of these individuals have been blurred. Once these individuals join INOP and provide their consent, their full data will be displayed. This ensures we respect privacy and comply with relevant data protection regulations.

Security & Privacy

You can manage your security and privacy settings through the ‘Security & Privacy’ section in your account settings. This allows you to update account details, recovery settings, and two-factor authentication options.

Verify your email address to confirm your credentials. You will see a ‘Verified’ status once this is complete.

To update and protect your account, navigate to the ‘Update Password’ section and select ‘Change Password.’

  • Recovery Email Address: Set up a recovery email to secure your account by selecting “Save” after entering the email.
  • Another Email Address: Add a secondary email address for additional recovery options.
  • Recovery Phone Number: Add a phone number to set up SMS recovery for your account by selecting “Setup.”

Enable two-factor authentication in the ‘Two-factor Authentication’ section. You can choose between using an authentication app or a physical security key.

Payments & Billing

INOP offers a Trial and paid services with various tiers of subscription. For further information please refer to our website Inop.ai or send us an email at support@inop.ai and our sales team will be in contact.

You can opt to upgrade or downgrade the Services to any other Subscription Plan that we are offering for sale at any time during the Contract Term. In the event of a Subscription Plan upgrade or downgrade, the new Subscription Fee will be immediately payable, the Subsequent Term will immediately begin, and you will be charged in full, prorated for the remaining part of the Initial Term or Subsequent Term, as the case may be.

If you are a Business User, cancellation must be issued via support@inop.ai , including our cancellation form, and such notice must be received by us at least one (1) month prior to the end of the Contract Term. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information on payments and billings. Within the App, tap on the left menu bar, click on Settings, then Subscriptions, and Cancel subscription.

Your subscription automatically renews for a subsequent term until and unless explicitly canceled by you. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information on payments and billings.

Services, including any Add-On, canceled at your request prior to the completion of the Contract Term are not subject to a refund. Please see the Terms & Conditions. You can contact us at support@inop.ai for further information.

Your subscription will renew depending on your subscription package. You currently have the option of a 1 or 12-month subscription.

No, if you delete your profile your subscription will not automatically be canceled.

If you temporarily deactivate your account, your profile, activity photos, comments, and likes will be hidden until you reactivate it by logging back in.

There are four stages in the recommendation engine, namely; deep learning, NLP and bespoke algorithms, user-matched preferences, and user-matched historical search behavior. These matching algorithms are used to provide the target users with final profile matches. User-matched preferences are categorized for both Professional and Company.

INOP’s advanced search functionality and AI matching algorithms provide you with high-quality matches. This helps you match with a candidate that is closer to your company’s culture and values.

INOP collects data from various public domains such as job portals, company corporate websites, etc. Data collected are transformed from unstructured raw text into a structured format in order to provide users with the best-desired insight.

INOP has harvested job posts from publicly available sources, including job boards, aggregators, and jobs directly posted by companies on our platform. This allows us to provide a comprehensive database of job opportunities for our users.

We harvest from the public domain awards granted to a company from reputable sources. Awards related to business excellence, environmental, and social achievements are collected and shown on INOP.

INOP compiles data from various public sources to offer in-depth insights into company cultures. We’ve meticulously reviewed employee review sites, awards, and recognition, as well as culture rating platforms. Each company is scored against a range of crucial metrics.

INOP’s ESG Predictive scores provide a projection for companies’ environmental, social, and governance practices. These scores are intended to be only indicative for information purposes and are not based on companies’ own input. The model for predicting these scores uses machine learning algorithms and takes into account publicly available information on companies’ ESG practices, multiple World Bank databases, and external providers.

INOP integrates 8 distinct culture types to align with its mission and vision, supporting the matching of professionals with jobs, companies, and other professionals. Each professional and company can have multiple culture types assigned to them, which can be selected and edited within the app. These culture types influence various sections of INOP including the AI Model, Onboarding, Professional Profiles, Company Profiles, and Search functionalities. Users can select up to 2 culture types, with each type having a short summary that appears on hover. Here are the 8 culture types:

  • Caring Culture: Prioritizes relationships and mutual trust. Collaboration and employee well-being are central.
  • Purpose Culture: Driven by idealism and a sense of making a positive impact. Employees are passionate about the organization’s mission.

  • Safety Culture: Focuses on security and risk minimization. Encourages calculated risk-taking and concern-raising.
  • Results Culture: Achievement and goal-exceeding are paramount. Metrics and outcomes are closely tracked.
